Our general terms and conditions are published and apply to every operation. The Spanish version prevails.
What we handle
Full handling at destination.
Your client bought DDP or DAP and you need someone to resolve the other end. That is precisely what we operate as destination agent, without competing for your account.
Nominated cargo
Receipt, deconsolidation and delivery of cargo nominated by you, ocean and air, FCL and LCL.
Customs clearance
We coordinate documentation and clearance filing with the customs agency in Chile and Peru, including duty payment when the shipment moves DDP.
Final delivery
Delivery to warehouse, mine site or distribution centre, with documented proof of receipt.
Project cargo
RoRo, break bulk and out-of-gauge with stowage plan, fixture note and port coordination.
Sensitive cargo
Reefer and cold chain, hazardous cargo with MSDS, pharmaceutical and high-value medical equipment.
Cross trade and bilateral corridor
Triangular shipments and the Peru–Chile corridor handled by the same team at both ends.
