Modes
Three ways to move your cargo by truck.
Consolidated cargo
Your cargo shares a truck with other shipments and you pay only for the space it takes up. Charged on chargeable weight: the greater of actual and volumetric weight.
Cargo grouped in a single dispatch
Cargo from different senders is grouped into a single transport and delivered separately at destination. Tell us the pickup and delivery points when you request your quote.

From the port or airport to your warehouse
We pick up your cargo at the port, the airport or the consolidation warehouse and deliver it to the address you indicate, including delivery to the mine site in the north and the central zone of the country.
By road between countries in the region
Road transport when the origin or destination of your cargo is in the region. Tell us the origin, the destination and the type of cargo, and we confirm the route when we quote.
How to choose
Exclusive or consolidated truck: a space calculation.
Consolidated is best when your cargo does not fill a truck: you pay only for the space it takes up. As the volume approaches a full truck, an exclusive truck usually works out better. We compare them for you in the quote.
Signals that change the recommendation
- Pieces over 1,000 kg: they need special handling equipment at the loading point and at destination.
- Non-stackable cargo: it takes up the full vertical space and can affect the consolidated rate.
- Destination with no ramp or dock: a truck with a crane is needed to unload.
How it works
From your supplier to your warehouse.
The first steps depend on the Incoterm you agreed with your supplier. Under FCA, the cargo leaves from the agreed delivery point; under EXW, we pick it up at the plant. For road transport the correct term is FCA, not FOB.

- Coordination of pickup and deliveryYou give us the pickup and delivery address, the type of cargo and the receiving hours at destination.
- Choice of equipmentDepending on weight, volume and whether the destination has a ramp or dock, we choose between an exclusive truck, a consolidated truck or a truck with a crane.
- Pickup or receiptWe receive your cargo at origin, whether at the plant, the port or the airport.
- TransportAt the rate and route you approve, with the alternatives and their transit times in view.
- DeliveryAt the address and receiving hours you indicated, with the detail of each charge before it is incurred.
